Attorney Todd Engel of Syracuse, NY; ethical dwarf

The state of New York presented Todd Stanford Engel with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Syracuse University Law School.

The Disciplinary Board found Todd guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on honesty and trustworthiness
• Failed to include necessary information in fee agreements
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to provide billing statements at regular intervals in domestic relation matters
• Withdrew representation w/o giving due notice to client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Todd by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Todd practices with the Engel Law Offices at 109 South Warrant Street in Syracuse, New York.
