The state of Colorado presented Marc F. Bendinelli with a law license in 1992.

• Misconduct involved multiple violations
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 60-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Marc.
