Attorney Dale Bricker of Youngstown; ethical dwarf
The state of Ohio presented Dale Elmer Bricker with a law license in 1961 after he graduated from Ohio State University Law School.
Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Dale guilty of misconduct.
- Failed to maintain client funds in interest bearing account
- Commingled client funds with personal funds
- Failed to perform required monthly reconciliations of client accounts
- Failed to maintain separate accounts for each client
- Failed to provide closing statements to contingent fee clients
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Dale by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. November 2014) Dale practices at 100 DeBartolo Place in Youngstown, Ohio.
