Attorney Dennis Brewer Sr. of Irving, TX; ethical elf

The state of Texas presented Dennis G. Brewer Sr. with a law license in 1955 after he graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Law School.

The 298^th District Court of Dallas County found Denny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Denny ailed to take reasonable steps to protect client’s interests after being fired, such as such as giving reasonable notice to the client, allowing time for employment of other counsel, surrendering papers and property to which the client is entitled, and refunding any advance payments of fee that have not been earned.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Denny practices with The Brewer Law Firm LLC at 800 West Airport Freeway in Irving, Texas.
