Judge Timothy Henderson of Wichita; perverted loser

The state of Kansas presented Timothy H. Henderson with a law license in 1989after he graduated from Washburn University Law School in Topeka, Kansas.

The Commission on Judicial Qualifications has charged Timmy with the following misconduct.

Apparently, Timmy was “not candid and honest” (lied) while testifying on May 15 and 16, 2014 before a panel of judges and lawyers regarding an investigation to his misconduct on the bench.

At the hearing, Timmy was testifying about allegations that he repeatedly made sexually inappropriate and offensive comments in the presence of female prosecutors and an allegation that he had asked a member of the Wichita school board to help his wife obtain a job.

That panel of enablers for Judicial Misfits had recommended to the Kansas Supreme Court that Timmy receive a “public censure” for his perverted conduct. A hearing before the Supreme Court is scheduled for December 10, 2014 on the recommendation of a censure.

The latest complaint says the matters at issue include his testimony on his alleged comments about a part of his wife’s anatomy involved in childbirth; his testimony about alleged comments involving a child laborer and an adoption; his testimony about his inquiries for his wife with Lanora (Nolan) Franck, who at the time was a Wichita school board member; and his testimony about his use of a term that to some had a sexual connotation. Timmy has until November 19, 2014, to file an answer to the pending complaint that he testified falsely at the hearing.

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Commission on Judicial Qualifications recommend to the members of the Kansas Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Timmy continues to sit as a Sedgwick County District Court judge in Wichita, Kansas.
