Attorney George Limbeck of Sheboygan, WI; idiotic loser

The state of Wisconsin presented George A. Limbeck with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Washington University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found George guilty of the following misconduct.

·        Failed to provide competent representation (Idiot)

·        Failed to adequately prepare for client’s sentencing hearing

·        Erroneously advised client if he was convicted in both counties, he faced mandatory life sentence under Wisconsin Law (Dufus)

·        Had reluctant client plead guilty in one county before determining if other county would agree to drop or consolidate its charges based on said plea

·        Didn’t prepare any witnesses to testify on client’s behalf for sentencing hearing

·        Faield to provide sentencing judge with any of the letters in support of his client that Mitch the Dufus had in his possession

As one would suspect, this wasn’t George’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct that also involved a criminal defense matter.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished George by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), George practices with Kaehne, Limbeck, Pasquale & Pasquale SC at 608 North Sixth Street in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
