Judge Morris Lew of Farmington, NY; ticket fixer

The state of New York Commisssion on Judicial Conduct found Morris guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Morris found it acceptable to dismiss a speeding tick for a friend’s wife.

Apparently, Morris is an adherent to the old adage:

“A friend in need is a friend indeed.”

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Commission punished Morris by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Morris continues to sit as a Justice of the Farmington Town Court, Ontario County in Farmington, New York.
