Attorney Kimberly Shoen of Somersworth, NH; ethical misfit

The state of Maine presented Kimberly A. Shoen with a law license in 1998 after she graduated from Hofstra University Law School.

The Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar found Kim guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to respect the rights of third parties
• Kim’s judgment was disturbing

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maine Supreme Judicial Court punished Kim by gifting her with a complimentary warning.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Kim practices with Shoen Legal Services in Somersworth, New Hampshire.
