Attorney Blair Brown of Decatur, IN; ethical gremlin

The state of Indiana provided Blair A. Brown with a law license in 1975 after she graduated from the University of Indiana Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Blair guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct for twenty (20) years
• Victim of misconduct was vulnerable
• Demonstrated complete disregard for client’s (victims) rights
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
• Failed to explain matter to allow client to make informed decisions re: representation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Blair by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Blair practices at 1460 North 400 West in Decatur, Indiana.
