Attorney John McManus Jr. of Fishers, IN; ethical misfit

The state of Indiana provided John Thomas McManus Jr. with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Whittier Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct. 

In one matter, Johnny found it acceptable to assist a disbarred attorney in the illegal practice of law.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Johnny practices with McManus & Associates at 11703 Maple Street in Fishers, Indiana.
