► Attorney Christopher Garcia of Los Angeles; convicted pervert

The state of California presented Christopher Richard Garcia with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Roman by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Chris continues to be employed by Office of City Attorney in Los Angles.

It is patently clear that no self-respecting law firm in the greater Los Angeles area was about to offer Chris the Perv a good paying job. However, it is amazing that the City of Los Angles has no qualms about retaining a convicted pervert on its payroll.

In one matter, Chris was charged with two felony counts of child pornography-related charges and was later arrested at his home in San Pedro.

Chris was being investigated for several months when authorities served a search warrant at his home and found some “questionable images” on computers and other electronic evidence. A forensic search of Chris’ home computer revealed evidence of child pornography.

Subsequently, Chris was found guilty after he pleaded no contest and was sentenced to serve five years of probation for possessing child pornography.

The District Attorney’s Office opined that Chris may well be lose his law license as a result of his no contest plea.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court have not taken any disciplinary action against the Perv, meaning he is still entitled to practice law.
