Attorney George Parker of Cincinnati; pervert, Il Duce Wannabee, moron
For several years, attorney George Parker was a Municipal Court Judge in Mason, Ohio (suburb of Cincinnati.
In October 2007, the Ohio Supreme Court suspended Judge George Parker’s law license, which under Ohio law required him to relinquish his judgeship. Judge George Parker was charged and subsequently found guilty of the misconduct set forth below.
After realizing he couldn’t earn a decent living practicing law, George Parker decided to pursue a career ingesting public pork. Towards that end he ran for and was elected Municipal Court judge for Mason, Ohio. It didn’t take long for local residents to discern that Judge George Parker was a malevolent buffoon (my apologies to malevolent buffoons).
Misconduct charges v. Judge George Parker
In 2005, Judge Parker was charged with multiple counts of misconduct, some of which is as follows:
Judge George Parker acquits Pervert
In Jan. 2003, Judge Parker acquitted psychologist Gary Freudenthal of Blue Ash on an assault charge for pulling down the underwear of a 14-year-old girl (his daughter’s friend) and spanking her hard enough to cause bruising.
Prosecutor Robert Peeler said, “This case was about whether a 49-year-old man has the right to go into someone else’s house and pull down the pants of a 14-year-old girl and strike her.” Only an enabler for perverts would find it acceptable for a 49-year-old single male to engage in this kind of perverted conduct?
Judge Parker’s “I’m nuts” defense
In a lame attempt at levity and to escape liability for his conduct, Judge parker decided to assume the role of Vincent the Chin Gigante (the Oddfather). Towards that end, Judge Parker was conveniently diagnosed as suffering from a “narcissistic personality disorder” (NPD) by psychiatrist Douglas Beech. Subsequently, Dr. Beech opined that King George’s condition is intractable, chronic and debilitating.
In his written six-page report to support his fanciful NPD diagnosis, psychiatrist Douglas Beech stated the following in his report as to Judge Parker’s alleged problems.
Ohio Disciplinary Board’s Findings v. George Parker
Parker is a liar, manipulator and fabricator of false facts
Parker’s testimony was false
Parker is not able to act competently and ethically [Since when did these attributes disqualify one from sitting on the bench?]
Because judges are held to a lower standard of conduct then we are, Parker was never charged with perjury, which is of course a felony in Ohio. Subsequently, the Ohio Supreme Court suspended George Parker’s law license for eighteen months in October 2007.
Attorney George Parker’s present status
On May 26, 2009, the Ohio Supreme Court reinstated George Parker’s license to practice law despite the fact he was adjudged to be a perjurer, etc.
According to the Ohio Supreme Court, George Parker is presently employed as a Sales Rep. at Humacare in Loveland, Ohio.
