Attorney Vandell Bland of Forrest City, AR; ethical elf

The state of Arkansas presented Vandell Bland with a law license in 1992.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Van guilty of the following misconduct.

·         Failed to maintain minimum balance in trust account as required

·         Commingled client funds with personal funds

·         Failed to promptly notify third party of receipt of settlement funds

·         Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Van by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (October 2014), Van practices at 305 North Forrest in Forrest City, Arkansas.
