The state of Arkansas presented Joe Atkinson Jr. with a law license in 1976 after he

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

·         Failed to communicate with client

·         Failed to provide competent representation (Dufus)

·         Failed to abide by client decisions re: representation

·         Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

·         Failed to file required notice of appeal on client’s behalf

·         Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter

·         Knowingly disobeyed a court order (Up yours, said Joey!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
