Attorney John Bujak of Eagle, ID; ethical goblin

The state of Idaho presented John Thomas Bujak with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Maine Law School.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to deposit client funds into client trust account
• Failed to inform client of receipt of client settlement funds
• Improperly listed office staff as beneficiaries to a client’s trust agreement

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. October 2014) Johnny practices with the Bujak Law Group PLLC at 372 South Eagle Road in Eagle, Idaho.
