Attorney David Bartkiw of Hamilton, CAN; convicted criminal

The Law Society of Canada presented David Michael Bartkiw with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of New Brunswick Law School.

The Law Society of Upper Canada found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave was convicted of driving under the influence (DUI), assault, failure to comply with probation orders; knowingly uttered a threat to cause death; and failure to comply with bail conditions.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of Inquiry punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Dave practices Bartkiw Bartkiw at 57 John Street South in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
