Attorney Nathaniel Friends Sr. of DC; ethical dwarf

The District of Columbia Bar presented Nathaniel Friends Sr. with a law license in 1984.

The DC Bar Counsel found Nate guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Nate failed to protect client confidences in a lawsuit that he had initiated against the client for claimed attorney fees.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Nate by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.
