Attorney Allen Wilson of DC; ethical dwarf

The District of Columbia Bar presented Allen C. Wilson with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of California at Berkeley Law School.

The DC Bar Counsel found Allen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Revealed client’s confidences or secrets
• Failed to comply with law when terminating client representation
• Failed to take timely steps to protect client’s interests

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Allen by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.
