Attorney John Sando of Tucson; ethical misfit

The state of Arizona presented John M. Sando with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from William & Mary University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Failed to disclose important information to clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2014) Johnny practices with the Pima County Public Defender’s Office at 33 North Stone Avenue in Tucson, Arizona
