The state of Arizona presented K. Russell Romney with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.
The Arizona State Bar found Romney guilty of the following misconduct.

Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

Misconduct involved multiple offenses

Bad faith obstruction of ethics investigation (Up yours, said Romney!)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Romney by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. September 2014) Romney practices with the Glendale City Attorney’s Office at 5850 West Glendale Avenue in Glendale, Arizona.
