Attorney Thomas Collins of Honolulu; tax scofflaw

The state of Hawaii presented Thomas D. Collins with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from New York University (NYU) Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

Tommy was convicted of several counts of failing to file state income tax returns.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2014), Tommy practices with the Law Office of Thomas Collins at 225 Queen Street in Honolulu, Hawaii.
