Solicitor Daniel Cohen of Stonehaven, Scotland; ethical gremlin

The Law Society presented Daniel Cohen with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School. 

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Attempted to misappropriate (steal) client funds
• Improperly transferred £3104.24 ($5,000) to personal account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary censure and a £7500 ($12,000) fine.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Danny practices at 22 Bath Street in Stonehaven, Scotland.
