Attorney Carol Flowers of Arvada, CO; thieving loser

The state of Colorado presented Carol Ann Flowers with a law license in 1980 after she graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Carol guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Carol found it acceptable to overbill the Office of the Child Representative (OCR), for whom she was hired to act as a guardian ad litem, by more than $30,000 during the course of one year.

Carol double-billed OCR and also billed for travel time to court, which she knew was in violation of OCR policy.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Carol by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak, (ca. September 2014), Carol practices at 10295 West 79th Way in Arvada, Colorado.
