• Engaged in a egregious conflict of interest
• Represented lender while also representing the debtor

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Floyd by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.
