Attorney George Thompson III of Nashville; repeat offender

The state of Tennessee provided George H. Thompson III with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found George guilty of the following misconduct.

George’s 1^st Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to adequately communicate with client
• Failed to ace with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished George by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

George’s 2^nd Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to adequately communicate with client
• Failed to ace with due diligence (slacker)
