Attorney Robert Marlow of Shelbyville, TN; ethical misfit

The state of Tennessee provided Robert Lee Marlow with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to safeguard client property

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Bobby practices at 228 Riverbend Country Club Road in Shelbyville, Tennessee.
