Attorney Marvin Himmelberg of Nashville; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee provided Marvin D. Himmelberg with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the Nashville Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Marv guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Marv by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Marv practices at 116 Third Avenue South in Nashville, Tennessee.
