Attorney Angela Jenkins-Hines of Jackson, TN; ethical misfit

The state of Tennessee provided Angela LaShanda Jenkins-Hines with a law license in 1999 after she graduated from Ohio State University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Angie guilty of the following misconduct.

Angie found it acceptable to use her attorney trust account to pay:

  • Make donations to her church
  • Make rent payments
  • Pay various personal and business expenses
  • Make purchases from various retailers

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jenny by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Jenny practices at 1029 Campbell Street in Jackson, Tennessee.
