Attorney Dusten Heugly of Price, UT; ethical misfit

The state of Utah presented Dusten L. Heugly with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Utah Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Dusten guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by assisting or inducing another to do so or through the acts of another
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Misconduct undermined confidence in judicial proceedings in family court matter
• Failed to obtain written waivers from clients re: conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Dusten by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Dusten practices with The Law Office of Dusten Heugly at 1375 South 100 East in Price, Utah.
