President George W. Bush was duped into appointing Bobby as a District Court judge for the Central District of California in 2002. Bobby didn’t receive the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater
It should be noted that at the time of his appointment by Bush, Bobby was sixty-one (61) years old.
Since receiving his law license in 1967, Bobby has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough. From 1969 through 2014 (45 years) Bobby has relied on a government check. If not for government employment, Bobby may well have been relegated to working as a bartender and/or hairdresser.
Beginning in 2003, one year after he was appointed, Bobby began to receive judicial pensions from the state of

In addition, Bobby’s financial statements disclose that he has “zero” debts. They further disclose that his average investment income is about $40,000 a year. Therefore, Bobby earned over $400,000 for years 2010 through 2013.
