Attorney Benjamin Campo, Jr. of Westbrook, ME; ethical dwarf

The state of Maine presented Benjamin P. Campo, Jr. with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Maine Law School.

The Maine Grievance Commission found Benny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly file motions for relief from stay in bankruptcy cases
• Bankruptcy filings were intentionally misleading (false)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the grievance panel punished Benny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (March 2013) Benny practices with Douglas McDaniel Campo & Schools LLC at 90 Bridge Street in Westbrook, Maine.
