Attorney Bobby Wheeler Jr. of Des Moines, WA; ethical dwarf

The state of Washington presented Bobby Oren Wheeler Jr. with a law license 
in 1996.after he graduated from California Western Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Filed an action w/o any basis in law for doing so
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to permit client to make informed decisions regarding representation
• Knowingly pursued a meritless claim
• Failed to order hearing transcripts as promised
• Failed to reimburse client $7,500 for court sanctions as he promised to do

As a a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the 
Washington State Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (September 2014), Bobby practices at 2400 240th Street in Des Moines, Washington.
