Attorney Trevors Bjurman of N. Vancouver, BC; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented Trevors Ross Bjurman with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of British Columbia Law School.

The Disciplinary Committee of the Bar Society found Tom guilty of the following misconduct.

• Disclosed confidential and/’or privileged client information
• Sought order forcing surrender JP surrender his passport on the meritless claim he was a flight risk when he had no expectation that JP would leave the jurisdiction

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Trevors by gifting him with a complimentary $7,500 fine.

 As we speak (ca. August 2014), Trevors practices 1433 Lonsdale Avenue in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
