Attorney Dan Murdock of Oklahoma City; convicted pervert

The state of Oklahoma presented Dan Murdock with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Oklahoma Law School. 

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Danny was arrested on complaints of sexual battery. The police report states that the battery took place on a Saturday night at Remington Park where there was a wedding celebration taking place in one of the private suites.

According to the victim, a woman in her mid-thirties, Danny invited her into a separate suite that was empty, and where he then bit her on the breast, grabbed her by the hair, bit the back of her neck and grabbed her genital area. Gives a new meaning to “taking a bite out of crime,” right?

A police affidavit says the woman identified Murdock as her attacker and said a DNA sample from Murdock proved consistent with that taken from marks on the woman.

Subsequently, Danny the Perv entered into an Alford Plea to a reduced charge of outraging public decency.

As a consequence of his perverted conduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
