Attorney Michael Henderson of Bend, OR; cheating loser

The state of Oregon provided Michael Henderson with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from Northwestern University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with sufficient fee agreement
• Attempted to pocket retainer by claiming it was non-refundable flat fee
• Failed to provide client with accounting of claimed legal fees
• Failed to maintain claimed fees in attorney trust account as required
• Collected an excessive fee (cheater)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Mike practices at 360 NW Vermont Place in Bend, Oregon.
