Attorney Cecil Strange III of Portland; ethical dwarf

The state of Oregon provided Cecil B. Strange III with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Cecil guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Cecil by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Cecil practices at 515 NW Saltzman Road in Portland, Oregon.
