Attorney Greg Pfister of Portland; ethical gremlin

The state of Oregon provided Greg A. Pfister with a law license in 1979.

The Oregon State Bar found Greg guilty of the following misconduct

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to promptly pay client funds owing to client
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to maintain proper records of client funds
• Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of funds
• Committed multiple disciplinary infractions

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary 120 day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Greg practices at 520 SW 6^th Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
