Attorney Ann Witte of Portland; ethical misfit

The state of Oregon provided Ann Berryhill Witte with a law license in 1977.

The Oregon State Bar found Ann guilty of the following misconduct

In one matter, Ann failed to inform her clients of the post-arbitration activity on their case, including the award of attorney fees, and the offer to entertain a payment plan on the judgment.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Ann by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Ann practices at 4605 NE Fremont Street in Portland, Oregon.
