Attorney Gerald Fishman of Chicago; pervert

The state of Missouri presented Gerald Lee Fishman with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from Northwestern University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Gerald guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Gerald found it acceptable to sexually harass and physically assault attorney Roxanne L. Rochester, a young female associate at his law firm.

Because Attorney Misfits in Illinois are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Gerald was never criminally prosecuted for assault.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Gerald by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Gerald practices with Rosenthal Collins Group LLC at 216 West Jackson Blvd in Chicago, Illinois.
