Attorney Marianne Marxkors of Florissant, MO; ethical misfit

The state of Missouri presented Marianne Marxkors with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from Western New England Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Marianne represented Reginald Powell in a double murder case in St. Louis Circuit Court. After trial concluded, Reginald was sentenced to death.

Marianne, who was 45 at the time, subsequently admitted that she was having sex with Reginald during his murder trial.

Unfortunately it was the taxpayers in the St. Louis area that were forced to pick up the tab while Marianne was screwing this double murderer. And that’s because she was being paid as a Public Defender.

As we speak (ca. July 2014), Marianne practices at 4154 Island Terrace Court in Florissant, Missouri.
