Attorney Michael Inglimo of Superior, WI; pervert, loser The state of North Carolina presented Michael R. Inglimo with a law license in 1986.
The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.
Mike found it acceptable to engage in sexual relationships with his female clients. Two of the sexual escapades involved the wives of Mike’s clients. The other involved a threesome with a client’s girlfriend. Mike videotaped an encounter with the wife of a client who he had previously represented.
Mike had the chutzpah to argue that his misconduct, which also include his use of marry-wanna and cocaine, was not particularly serious compared to the theft of client funds engaged in by some of his brother and sisters.
In the videotaped sexual encounter, the client and her husband testified that she had sex with Mike to pay him for legal services rendered to her and, the sexual encounter was videotaped to avoid any dispute with Mike that his legal fee had not been paid in full.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.
