Attorney Rodney Lamplugh of South Melbourne, AUS; lying loser

The Law Society of Australia presented Rodney Lamplugh with a law license in 1964 after he graduated from the University of Otago Law School in New Zealand.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Rodney guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Rodney found it acceptable to purportedly witness the execute ion of mortgage document when in fact he had not done so.

Rodney also falsely certified that he had explained the effect of mortgage documentation to both mortgagors when in fact he had never so acted.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal punished Rodney by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
