Attorney David Corbitt of Indianapolis; convicted drunk

The state of Indiana presented David E. Corbitt with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Indiana University Law School.

The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission found Dave guilty of the following misconduct

In one matter, Dave convicted after pleading guilty to resisting law enforcement, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (DUI), and endangering another person.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2014), Dave practices with Krieg DeVault LLP at One Indiana Square in Indianapolis, Indiana.
