In one matter, Randy’s niece was arrested and charged with felony theft. Subsequently, Randy leaned on the prosecutor and the judge presiding over his niece’s criminal case in order to assure that she received special treatment. Randy was under the impression that everyone involved would remain silent so that his abuse of his judicial office on behalf of his niece would remain a secret. However, the Houma Carrier got wind of Randy’s misconduct and reported on it. As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary censure. As we speak (ca.
