Attorney David Link of Wichita; ethical gremlin

The state of Kansas presented David Kurt Link with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Hawaii Law School.

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to act with due diligence
2. Failed to communicate with client
3. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
4. Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
5. Filed petition with false access code in immigration matter
6. Misconduct motivated by dishonesty
7. Misconduct involved multiple offenses
8. Clients vulnerable to Dave’s misconduct
9. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2014) Dave practices with Gragert Hiebert & Link at 245 North Waco in Wichita, Kansas.
