Attorney Joseph Laskowski of Kansas City, KS; serial drunk

The state of Kansas presented Joseph Martin Laskowski with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Washburn University Law School.

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

Joey is a habitual drunk and convict as set for the below.

Joey pleaded guilty to driving under the influence in Platte County, Missouri.

18 months later, Joe once again pleaded guilty to driving under the influence; however this time it took place in Miller County, Missouri.

Nine months later, Joey was arrested in Pettis County, Missouri, for driving while intoxicated

Joey’s third DUI constituted a felony and after he pleaded guilty he was sentenced to three years in prison.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2014) Joey practices in the Kansas City, Kansas area.
