Attorney Robert Beconovich of Fairbanks; repeat offender

The state of Kansas presented Robert M. Beconovich with a law license in 1970

The Office of Lawyer Registration found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Bobby!)
  • Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Bobby’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct and received a complimentary reprimand.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hawaii Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Bobby practices with The Law Office of Robert M. Beconovich at 104 Kutter Road in Fairbanks, Alaska.
