Attorney John Mismas of Willoughby, OH; pervert

The state of Ohio presented John Daniel Mismas with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from the University of Akron Law School. 

The Lake County Bar Association found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

Johnny found it acceptable to engage in a little sexual harassment of a University of Akron law student when she applied for a job with his so-called law firm. Johnny wasn’t satisfied with merely sending sexually explicit text messages to the law student he wished to hire; he also demanded sexual favors from her as a condition of employment.

Despite Johnny’s perverted conduct, the law student accepted his offer of employment. Shortly thereafter, Johnny invited the law student to accompany him on a trip to Washington, D.C. When she refused, Johnny sent her a text message stating:

“That’s strike 1 for you. 3 strikes and you are out.”

The very next after receipt of Johnny’s 3 strikes message, the law student quit. Johnny also sent other messages to the law student wherein he stated, she would “need to take a few beatings” before she could learn to give one. He followed up this message by asking her if she had ever engaged in this type of sex act [sadomasochism].

As a consequence of his misconduct, , the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Johnny the Perv by gifting him with a 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June2014), Johnny practices with The Mismas Law Firm LLC at 38052 Euclid Avenue in Willoughby, Ohio, which is northeast of Cleveland.
