The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with clients

• Mislead (lied) to lender clients
• Engaged in conflict of interest
• Failed to comply with Money Laundering Regulations
• Misconduct involved numerous violations of Solicitor’s Rules

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Alan practices with Ballies Law Limited at37 Union Street in Dundee, Scotland.
