Attorney Randy Eyster of Indianapolis; convicted drunk

The state of Indiana presented Randy C. Eyster with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Indiana University Law School.

The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission found Randy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Randy was convicted after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (DUI), endangering a person, and DWI with a previous DWI conviction within five years, a class D felony.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2014), Randy practices with Feiwell & Hannoy PC at 251 North Illinois Street in Indianapolis, Indiana.
